28–32 lb text (105–120 gsm) keeps double-sided pages crisp with minimal show-through.
For a sturdier feel, print the cover on 65–80 lb card and nest it around the text pages.
Matte reads best in candlelight. Fold on the center line and saddle-stitch (staple) on the crease.
Before running your full quantity, print a single copy and fold it to check the page order, margins and color. Booklet pages come in multiples of four; if you added blanks, your imposition tool will pad them automatically.
All our booklets are in multiples of four pages, so if you need a custom change, ensure it doesn't introduce any odd number of pages; it has to be in multiples of 4; otherwise, blank pages will be inserted to fill it.
